Active Duty – attach a copy of assignment orders presenting obligation station. Title 10 AGR/Reserve attach a replica of extended active duty orders revealing active status through December 1. Title 32 AGR – include orders/contracts showing the performance of fulltime busy active duty through December 1.Retired -attach a copy of retirement orders.
